A little year-end gift for you π
I made you something!
It's not a goal-setting worksheet or a productivity planner or another thing telling you to optimize your way into 2026.
It's a Year-End Reflection Activity Book - part honest reflection, part permission slip, part silly brain break. Think: prompts for what worked (and what didn't), a release ritual, a word search, a coloring page.
Because December ADHD brains need gentle + actually doable, not another intense exercise in self-improvement.
You can do it all in one sitting or come back to it over the next few weeks. Print it out or fill it in digitally. There's no wrong way to use it.
Consider it a little thank-you for being here, for reading these emails, for trusting me with your Monday mornings. I hope you enjoy it!
Click the button below to download, then you can print it out (print 2 to a page in landscape!) or load it in an app like GoodNotes to fill it out.
