Planning isn’t Punishment
Once upon a time, “planning” meant panic. I’d sit down with a fresh to-do list and immediately freeze.
Too many ideas. Not enough structure. And definitely not enough dopamine.
Now? Planning is my reset ritual. It’s how I re-ground. Refocus. Realign with what matters.
Here’s what helped:✨ I ditched rigid plans and started setting rhythms✨ I stopped asking “What do I have to do?” and started asking “What would feel supportive this week?”✨ I made it a vibe—snacks, music, soft lighting. CEO Hour, but make it ADHD-friendly.
You don’t need a perfect planner. You just need a process that feels good enough to come back to.
