Your energy is finite.

Quick tip for this week:

Before you say yes to anything - a project, a meeting, a favor, a new commitment - ask yourself one question:

"Does this move me closer to or further from what matters most to me right now?"

That's it.

Not "Can I technically fit this in my calendar?"

Not "Will this person be upset if I say no?"

Not "Is this a good opportunity?"

Just: Does this align with what actually matters to me right now?

If the answer is "closer," say yes.

If the answer is "further" or "I don't know," that's a no (or at least a "not right now").

Your time and energy are finite. Protect them accordingly.
