A lighter way to set a real goal

Back to the archive

If you’re stuck on setting your next business goal, here’s something I want you to try:

**Stop thinking about who you want to be.**Stop trying to turn your goal into a feeling.

Start with what you want to do.

That might look like:

  • Launching a new offer you’ve been daydreaming about

  • Getting consistent with your client process

  • Showing up weekly to build your visibility

  • Outsourcing the stuff that drains you

When you define your goal around a concrete action, it becomes so much easier to follow through.

Because you can track an action. You can adjust a task. You can revise a plan.

You can’t measure “be more confident.”You can’t reverse engineer “feel more legit in business.”

Those might be the results. But the goal?

The goal is what you’ll do to get there.

Talk soon,

Em
